How can I pay for the products I ordered?
You can pay for your order by 3 ways:

2. By Credit Card
3. At the physical store of Macramoon Creations
1. Deposit to Bank Account:
For the best service, please provide the bank with the Order Code as a justification. Then please send the deposit receipt via e-mail. The deposit must be completed within 48 hours of completing the order, otherwise it will be considered invalid. The deposit must be made to the account below.

Then send us a copy of the bank order via e-mail to info@macramooncreations.com indicating the bank, date of deposit, order number and your full name or for greater convenience, simply indicate the order number and your full name as a reason on the deposit receipt.

-The order will be shipped after the deposit has been confirmed in our account, with the exact amount.
-Any charge from the bank regarding the deposit is the responsibility of the buyer.
-The deposit must be completed within 48 hours of completing the order, otherwise it is considered invalid.
2. Payment by Credit/Debit Card
The method applies to all orders in Greece and abroad. The cards we accept are Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Maestro. By choosing this payment method, you will not be charged any additional costs, other than shipping, when sending your order.
For payments made via credit/debit card, the user/customer must follow the instructions found in this online store. The user/customer is solely responsible for the correct recording and truthfulness of the credit/debit card details. The credit card that the visitor/user will use to pay for services/subscriptions on the website is charged only once and only for the specific transaction. Macramoon Creations is not responsible for the terms of use of personal data adopted by the financial institutions with which it collaborates for the completion of commercial transactions and/or for any misconduct thereof.
Macramoon Creations does not store the credit card details you enter during your order.

All payments made using a card are processed through the Piraeus Bank electronic payment platform and uses TLS 1.2 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (SecureSocketsLayer - SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
3. Payment at our location
For order pickup from our physical store at 22 Anastasiou Zinni, Koukaki, in Athens center, you have the option to pay at the time of pickup. In this case, there is no additional charge.
