It is not adjustable
Measurements:
Thin one: around 6cm opening
Thick one: around 7cm opening
Please measure the opening of your hand to see if it fits you
Place your hand on the measuring tape or ruler with your fingers together,
and mark the distance from your index finger to your pinky (not including the thumb).
We need the measurements from one finger to the other ( not the palm)
